CLEAR & EASY MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSING PROFILES
Operators select the product and the supervisor retrieves and organizes processing parameters in a clear and efficient way avoiding duplicates and inconsistencies. It is also possible to compare plant data and saved processing profiles.
GUIDED SETTING OF CUTTING PARAMETERS
Setting up the cut-off after changing a product or a blade often causes delays and mechanical problems. This new intuitive instrument guides the operator through the few steps that bring the machine back to a safe cutting condition. It will be then possible to adjust it in order to optimize times and performance.
MALFUNCTIONS AND FAILURES ARE UNDER CONTROL
It is easier to detect malfunctions and failures thanks to alarms filtered by section and functional area.
CENTRAL OR PERIPHERAL MANAGEMENT
The parts of the plant have either a central management or one that is distributed on more stations. The setting can be changed easily if necessary, for example to control the whole line after a PC breakdown or to add a new machine to the existing plant.
