All MTM flying cut off machines offer the following features:
Long saw blade lifespan
- |
When assembling the gearboxes driving the cutting head at our workshop, we ensure the mechanical clearance is less than 4’ of degree, to reduce mechanical vibration as low as possible |
- |
The appropriate rotating speed of blade is set into the AC vectorial drive of the saw blade and stored into the receipt associated to the features of the tube, to ensure your operator always set the correct cutting parameters |
- |
A generously dimensioned rack and pinion driving system ensures there is no vibration during the acceleration and deceleration phases to quickly reach the correct synchronism speed |
- |
The long stroke of cutting carriage allows the proper cutting time |
- |
With the electro-mechanic cutting stroke, thanks to the closed loop feedback, the cut is done at constant chip removal rate to guarantee the maximum of exploitation at maximum speed
|
Reduced maintenance
- |
Design of cut off machine is generously dimensioned to ensure stability and reliability |
- |
In the single blade cut off there is no use of hydraulics to reduce the maintenance |
- |
Accelerating system based on rack and pinion driven by AC motor with mechanical play recovery facility guarantees a constant top performance through the time
|
Maximum of productivity
- |
Use of both HSS and TCT blades on the same unit, with no mechanical change, only requires to set electric parameters |
- |
An easy to use receipt system allows the operator to retrieve always the proper parameter setting to ensure tube is cut at the best performance |
- |
Automatic lubrication system together with the rugged design and the choice of best components give more uptime to the production
