The orbital trajectory is obtained by combining two independent axes like in the CNC milling machine: this is simple and reliable.
Comby is operating a orbital cold sawing process by means of two Combinates axes for each blade.
All mechanical and electric components are on top of the machine it helps to keep it nice and clean. Rigid cutting structure: allows use of high performance cold saw blades.
Gap between two blades is extremely reduced, thanks to the Small diametre of blades. Acceleration of carriage by means of electric motor with rack and pinion system is accurate and reliable.
